Get started with Timi

Create your account, finish setup, and go live on WhatsApp in about 5 minutes.

Create your account
Sign up with your business name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters). Agree to Terms and Privacy — that is all registration asks for. WhatsApp connects on the next step, not here.

Continue setup
After signup, follow setup in order: Connect WhatsApp → Brief Timi → Connect Meta → Start trial. Then open Feed and choose when to turn replies on. Progress saves automatically.

Step 3
Connect WhatsApp Business
Use the Facebook login that already manages your WhatsApp Business number. Keep the tab open until Meta confirms. You keep chatting on your phone — Timi works alongside the Business app.

Brief Timi
Add your shop details, products, FAQs, and delivery before turning replies on. You can edit this later under Settings → Shop context.

Connect Meta for ad tracking
If you run Click-to-WhatsApp ads, link the Meta account that runs them. You can skip this and connect it later under Settings → Ad tracking.

Start the free trial
Pick a plan and start your 5-day trial to finish setup. Timi stays Off until you choose who it should reply to in Feed.

Tips

You do not need a website to start.
Meta WhatsApp message fees are separate from your Timi plan.
