Common questions
What counts as a conversation?
Each new buyer chat that Timi replies to in your billing month. If the same buyer messages again that month, it does not count twice. Chats you take over still count.
What if I use up my chats?
We warn you around 80% of your plan limit. Slightly over the limit there is a short soft grace. After that, Timi pauses AI on all chats until you upgrade or the next billing period. Upgrade anytime from Billing.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Your monthly plan covers Timi. Meta bills WhatsApp message fees separately.
How do I pay?
Card via Paystack after a 5-day free trial. Cancel anytime from Billing.
Which plans include Audience Autopilot?
Starter, Growth, and Pro all include it at no extra Timi fee. Connect Meta Ads in Settings → Ad conversion tracking, then turn on Audience Autopilot.
