Connect WhatsApp Business

Link the number buyers already message so Timi can reply on the same line.

Step 1
Open Settings → WhatsApp
Click Connect and sign in with the Facebook account that manages your WhatsApp Business. Allow pop-ups for Meta’s signup window.

Pick the right number
Choose the Business number on your posters and Instagram bio — not a personal test line. Numbers you already use in the WhatsApp Business app work, and so do new business numbers you set up during connect.

Set who Timi should reply to
If Meta asks who Timi should answer for, pick: Only customer chats (recommended), New messages that look like buyers, or Every chat. You can change this later under Settings → WhatsApp.

Confirm it works
After connect, your number appears under Settings → WhatsApp. Open Feed when you are ready — chats from buyers on that line show up there.

Tips

A number already linked to another Timi shop must be disconnected there first — Timi never auto-takes over a line.
Keep the tab open until Meta finishes; closing early can leave the connection incomplete.
Personal WhatsApp update alerts are separate — save and verify that number under Settings → Notifications.
